Mindfulness Practice ResourcesThe Florida Community of Mindfulness draws upon the immense treasure of Buddhist teachings and practices to support the healing and transformation of ourselves and the world. Certain trainings and practices are particularly meaningful for our community, including many that were originally offered by Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village community. As well, our teacher has transmitted or developed a number of other practices to support us on the path. May you find these practices meaningful and beneficial.
