Programs | Other Florida SanghasThe following sanghas in Florida are connected to FCM but do not, because of time and distance, have the privilege of sharing regular meditation practice and Dharma talks with Fred Eppsteiner. These sanghas meet independently, although their members often participate in FCM retreats, intensive study periods and days of mindfulness. All follow the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Fort Myers, FL: Caloosahatchee Rising Tide SanghaWe will be pausing the Wednesday night sangha beginning, Wednesday, January 3, 2024. We appreciate all those who have attended over the past few years. Day and Time: Every Wednesday, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Zoom. [Currently Paused] Description: Each Wednesday of the month, we meet as a virtual sangha for meditation and deep listening and deep sharing. This is a great opportunity to check in with yourself, and the sangha during the week. So come, relax and calm the mind and body, and practice meditation and deep listening together with us. Our weekly discussions usually involve examples of how we’ve applied the mindfulness practices we study. Even if you are not familiar with the practice, you are likely to find something of value in the discussion and be able to share from your own experiences if you choose.
