As we live our lives, many of us witness old conditioned patterns of behavior and we can get trapped in those behaviors. In this workshop, Helena Wallenberg Lerner and Alex Lerner will present mindfulness practices that can lead to a deeper, more fulfilling way of being in our relationships. Through establishing new ways to relate to each other with mindfulness practices, we can learn to be with each other  “differently” and that can give us an opportunity for transformation and healing. This workshop will help to promote intimate, authentic connection with your partner, family, coworkers and your children.
