Whether you are a new or experienced meditator, our Half-Day and Daylong programs are an opportunity to support and deepen the practice of mindfulness and meditation, and nourish the seeds of happiness, transformation, and awakening in our lives. The programs include guided meditation, sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks and reflection.
Half-Days and Daylongs are offered to both FCM members and nonmembers free of charge (a donation, of course, is always appreciated.) Please register to receive the Zoom links and any other important information.
The theme for the talks for the once-a-month Saturday Half-Days and Daylongs in 2021 are intended to help us awaken wisdom and compassion in our lives, recognize the goodness that lies within each one of us, and nurture our aspirations to be of benefit to others. The topic for May will be the Fourth Paramita: Joyful Effort. Please join us.
