Does the subject of money stress you out? Do you avoid dealing with financial issues because of fear or shame? Do you often feel you are spending too much money?
It is possible to develop financial well-being by increasing your awareness of your relationship with money and aligning your financial in-flows and out-flows with your aspirations. This two-session workshop will introduce you to mindfulness tools to help you manage your finances more effectively and create more ease and happiness in your life.
Join us for this two-sessions workshop beginning on May 2 and ending on May 16.

Nancy Natilson has 30 years of experience as an international banker and microfinance consultant. She specializes in budgeting, strategic planning and access to credit. Nancy has a Masters in Business Administration in international finance from New York University. She is treasurer on several boards of directors, including the Florida Community of Mindfulness.
