A weekly gentle yoga class relaxes, stretches, and replenishes the mind, body, and spirit. Find comfort in your meditation seat by bringing flexibility and joint freedom into your practice. This class is taught by Evelyn Greenfield. Evelyn has taught yoga since 2002, and her experience and lovely presentation in teaching creates a truly relaxing and nourishing environment for yoga practice.
Classes are free for FCM members (dana is always appreciated) and $10 each for non-members. No registration is required.
