Presentation: 9 a.m - Noon


Workshop Objectives:

1.   Brief review of mindful eating and mindful gift-giving from previous workshop;

2.   Expand awareness of our consumption habits and discuss how we can live more simply and happily;

3.    Examine our consumption of information and entertainment from the electronic media and consider how we can connect more directly with our world;

4.    Explore personal and collective action to heal and restore our planet and our culture.



Presenter: 

Andrew Rock tries to live simply, healthily and close to the

earth. He has been an organic produce distributor and farmer,

health care attorney, and political activist, and is a long-time

practitioner of mindfulness meditation. He deeply loves this

planet and all its marvellous beings.
